Our conditional warranty is for six (6) months from the date of delivery. To validate the warranty you must use DLFS Humic Seaweed, have proper irrigation, adequate pruning (on day of planting, to stimulate new growth), along with proper drainage. Acts of God i.e., wind storms, floods, etc. will not be covered by the warranty, nor will improper handling such as girdling the cambium, or damage occurred to tree during unloading or planting. Please inspect all shipments prior to unloading to determine if there are any issues or concerns. Warranty is on olive tree(s) only.

DLFS Specimen Trees is unable to control tree mortality rates after the sale. Therefore, we are only able to guarantee our trees with the use of DLFS humic acid, proper irrigation, drainage, and adequate pruning upon planting on day of delivery (unless trees were laced/pruned for shipping). Guarantee on Olive Trees purchase is for Olive Tree only. Subject to the guarantee set forth above, risk of loss shall pass to the buyer upon delivery. NOT INCLUDED IN DLFS GUARANTEE: FREIGHT, LABOR, AND EQUIPMENT.
